Next.js, Tailwind, Cloudflare Pages. Fast by default, no maintenance overhead, and built on industry-standard tools any modern Next.js developer can extend. For B2B platforms and AI integrations the stack is scoped to the client's situation — PHP/MySQL where it has to slot into an existing internal network, Next.js + Postgres where it doesn't, and modern LLM APIs for AI features.
