Celeritas.
A desktop app that records the meeting straight from your machine, transcribes it on device, and turns it into a structured summary with action items — no cloud upload, and no bot joining the call.
Private meeting transcription that runs entirely on device: speaker attribution, precise summaries, and action items that push straight to Jira, Linear or GitHub.

(The brief)
Meeting transcription tools usually ship the recording to the cloud or drop a bot into the call. For teams handling sensitive material that is a non-starter, so the product had to do all of its processing locally, on the user’s own device.
(The build)
The desktop app captures audio straight from the machine, so nothing ever joins the call. Transcription and the language models run locally, and the recording never leaves the device.
Once the call ends the app produces a structured summary — decisions made, open questions, and action items with owners — and pushes them to Jira, Linear or GitHub in a single step.
(The outcome)
A public site and product positioning built around the core promise: private by design. The app works with Zoom, Google Meet, Teams and Slack, supports 99+ languages, and is built to EU requirements.
