Why fixed price and not hourly?: Fixed prices keep the scope tight, set expectations from day one, and protect you from runaway invoices. Every proposal is quoted up-front once the brief is clear.
Why no prices on the site?: Every project is scoped differently. A 15-minute call gets you a real fixed price instead of a guess.
Do you handle hosting and the domain?: Yes: Cloudflare Pages deployment, domain pointing, HTTPS, admin handover. Hosting account and domain are registered in your name. B2B platforms on PHP/MySQL stacks are handled under separate maintenance contracts.
Who owns the source code?: You get a perpetual, unrestricted license to use the site for your business. The source code itself stays with the agency. The stack is industry-standard so any future developer can extend the work without lock-in.
What about AI chatbots and LLM integrations?: We add AI features to existing websites and products: search, summarisation, structured extraction, customer-facing chat. Typical engagement is two to four weeks for a focused integration; longer for a full assistant. Scoped on the same fixed-price basis as websites.
What if we need changes after launch?: Standard and Premium include thirty days of post-launch support. Beyond that, a small monthly care plan or one-off changes are available.
How long does a typical project take?: Starter: about a week. Standard: two to three weeks. Premium: four weeks and up. Timelines start when the deposit clears and your content is ready.
Can you migrate an existing site?: Often, yes. Migrations are planned to avoid downtime and preserve SEO: redirects, status codes, and DNS cutover all handled.
